COVID-19 Updates and Our Current Visitor Guidelines

Nishiyamato Academy of California is Closed to K-9th Grades'
Students and Public Until Further Notice

We understand there is heightened concern surrounding COVID-19 across our communities.  We continue working with local, state and federal partners during school closures.

 

Health Orders from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health:
Appendix T1: Reopening Protocol for K-12 Schools
School will be reopened only for the students attending EIKEN exam.

・10月中旬にK-2年生を対象にしたWavier Programを申請します。
 申請書類は Appendix T1Appendix T2 と学園長からのLetter・職員と保護者(K-2)の承認となっています。

 

 

COVID-19 VISITOR GUIDELINES
In accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Los Angeles Department of Public Health, we have visitor restriction guidelines. Thank you for your support of the new measures we are taking to keep our family, teachers and staff safe.

 

For All Visitors,
- School is by appointment only for visitors.
- All individuals (staff, family, visitors etc.) must answer and submit the health screening checklist before entering the building.
- Visitors are required to wear face coverings and a visitor badge at all times.

 

Do Not Visit If You or Any Members of Your Household Have:
- Any symptoms such as fever above 100 degrees, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, runny nose or sneezing, chills, muscle pain, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, body aches, sore throat, diarrhea or new loss of taste or smell.
- Been exposed to COVID-19.
- Have recent travel history.
Thank you for your continued support and compassion during this difficult time.

 

To help limit the spread of COVID-19, here is what you can do:
- Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people.
- When in public, wear a mask over your nose and mouth.
- Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands.
- Do not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

このガイドラインは、CDC・Los Angeles Department of Public Healthからの情報に従って定めております。 本学園に通われるご家族・学校職員の健康と安全を守るため、ご協力をお願い致します。

 

学校訪問される皆様へ
- 学校への訪問はご予約制となっております。
- 感染予防の為、健康チェックを済ませた方のみ校内へお入りいただけます。
- 校内へ入る場合、必ずマスクの着用をお願い致します。

 

2週間以内に、あなたまたはご家族が下記の項目に当てはまる場合には、学校への訪問はできません。
- 熱・咳・息苦しさ・のどの痛み・胸の痛み・だるさ・耳痛・頭痛・鼻水・下痢・嘔吐 ・寒気・筋肉痛・味覚異常 ・嗅覚異常  などの症状がある
- COVID-19に感染または感染者と濃厚接触した
- 米国外から渡航した
